Our Patient Account Representatives are trained to treat all patients with the utmost respect and compassion to provide them with a dignified experience while working to resolve their balance. Our representatives are sensitive to the fact that some patients will require time to satisfy a balance and, while attempting always to minimize the time required to satisfy that amount, will work with a patient to achieve a mutually acceptable resolution.
We know that our success is directly tied to the way we work with our clients and their patients. We also understand that our clients need to be able to collect on their accounts while maintaining their customers’ satisfaction. Chief Executive Officer
As a second-generation owner of this ARM business, Andy brings more than 25 years of experience to the clients he serves. He has held multiple leadership positions within the ARM Industry Associations on both the state and national levels. These positions have focused on legislation and education. With more than 20 other A/R related certificates, Andy’s experience speaks for itself. One of his greatest strengths is team building. He has built an excellent team of leaders with a strong drive to serve our customers and their needs.

Chief Operating Officer
Stephen has over 21 years of experience in the collections industry. He possesses a vast knowledge of the information systems Magnet Solutions possesses. He is Past President of the Nebraska Collectors Association and a prior member of the ACA International Healthcare Committee. One of his greatest strengths is strategic planning. Stephen uses his experience and wealth of knowledge to improve our operations and develop solutions to serve our customer’s needs.

Chief Financial Officer
Prior to joining Accelerated Receivables Solutions and Magnet Solutions in 2004, Alan DeHaven spent the previous 12 years as a financial analyst in the mortgage banking and transportation industries. Alan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration from Chadron State College.

David is a former private practice attorney, and has been with the firm since 1997. He has a Bachelor of Science degree from Minot State College and a law degree from Creighton University.

V.P. of Operations
Kenny is a graduate of Doane College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communications. He brings prior experience in governmental employment law, and numerous years of customer service to our company. He holds a Credit and Collection Compliance Officer (CCCO) diploma along with designations of PCS (Professional Collections Specialist) and TS (Training Specialist) from ACA International. He also serves on the Nebraska Collectors Association Board of Directors.

Richard Rogers, CRCE-I
V.P. of Strategic Services
Rick is a graduate of Marquette University with Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. He brings experience in Clinical Medicine as a Cardiovascular Technologist, plus vast knowledge of selling and implementing Clinical Information Systems. Rick also has 18 years of expertise in Accounts Receivable Consulting and Revenue Cycle Outsourcing Solutions. He is a Certified Revenue Cycle Executive – Institution (CRCE -I) through the American Association of Healthcare Administrative Management (AAHAM). Rick is the current Chairman of the Board of the MN AAHAM Chapter, Director and Committee Chair of NE HFMA, and National Government Relations Chair for AAHAM. Rick continues to be involved at the committee and board levels of both AAHAM and HFMA in many other Midwestern states.

Darren Cook, CRCS-I
V.P. of Recovery Solutions
Darren Cook is a graduate of Aquinas College. He holds a degree in Business Administration and Economics. With over 15 years in the ARM space, Darren has held numerous leadership positions in his field including: Current board member for IN HFMA Chapter, past KPI Chair(’13-’15), Past President of the Michigan Association of Collection Agencies, Treasurer for 7 years and the Education chair. In 2010 he completed a three year term on the Health Services Program Committee (HSP) for the American Collectors Association International (ACA). He also is a Certified Patient Account Technician via American Association of Healthcare Administrative Management (AAHAM) and a member of IL AAHAM, IN HFMA, MI HFMA and MAHAP. He thoroughly enjoys building on a client’s internal systems and procedures to meet the needs of our customers. He is a requested speaker by many associations such as HFMA, MMGMA, and MMBA on topics relative to revenue cycle and point of service collections. Prior to joining ARS/Magnet, Darren was V.P. of Operations for a healthcare collection firm for 10 years and a commercial manager for a Fortune 100 automotive company for 9 years.

Chief Compliance Officer
Tanya has been with ARS for 14 years working her way up from collector to her current management role. She has developed a strong background in collections, account liquidation methodologies and high performance customer service. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. In addition, Tanya is a Certified Revenue Cycle Specialist in Institutional and Practice Settings (CRCS-I/P) through the American Association of Healthcare Administrative Management (AAHAM). She is also a certified Credit and Collection Compliance Officer (CCCO), and Professional Collector Specialist (PCS) through ACA International and continually strives to excel in her field.

Chief Information Officer
Martin is our European import, hailing from Birmingham, England, where he studied Computing, Accounting and Economics. Prior to specializing in IT, Martin spent over a decade in Business Management, Sales and Accounting. In his previous role he designed, built, and implemented computer systems to streamline operations to gain efficiencies and bottom-line improvements. Martin now leverages his unique background to guide our team of IT professionals to support not only our internal operation, but our client’s goals and expectations as well. His knowledge of operations and the entire revenue cycle is a tremendous asset for our clients.

Tabor has a background in graphic and web design, as well as photography. He has moved all around the organization and successfully learned many different aspects of the business. From day to day operations to management views, Tabor’s knowledge encompasses much of what we do at Magnet Solutions. He is also a Certified Collection Specialist.
